Before I became a real estate agent I was on the real estate investment side. I loved finding that diamond in the rough, turning around and making it beautiful. I’ve always had a passion for real estate, so about 8 years ago I became an agent! I love what I do, and truly cannot imagine doing anything else.We Put Clients First
Working in real estate is fantastic, but the people I get to do business with are the icing on the cake. I absolutely love working with my clients and their families, helping them find their dream home or selling their home. I love being more of a tour guide; making what can be a very stressful process a more enjoyable experience for my clients is one of the things I do best. My commitment lasts way beyond the closing day, and I work hard to cultivate these relationships for life. centered around this simple phrase. Many clients come to us from other real estate agents who just did not take care of them, and because we put our clients needs first above all else. We want to be that real estate team that they're proud to refer to others, and we are! Actually, I’m proud to say that 95% of the Krodel Team’s business comes from repeat clients or referrals. That’s saying a lot! You know that only happens when you’re taking good care of people.
